My family and I just adopted Clementine. I wanted you to know that it’s only been 2 days,she is still living in my upstairs bathroom and rightfully so. All the signs she’s giving us are encouraging. She really enjoys human affection. She has been very carefully exposed to my 2 dogs just a little bit. She has reacted very calmly and my dogs are good dogs but much to our pleasure they have been perfect near her. It’s going to take time (her time) but we are looking forward to when she can become a full fledged member of the family. Please thank the people who brought her into you and thank you all for taking such wonderful care of her. We lost our other cat just a bit over 2 weeks ago and had no intention of adopting so soon but when it’s right, its right. She is helping in the process of healing from our other cats death.
